Member rates only apply to members of the following societies:
ANZCP - Australian and New Zealand College of Perfusionists
ANZSCTS - Australian & New Zealand Society of Cardiac & Thoracic Surgeons
CTVP SIG - ACE - Cardiac Thoracic Vascular Perfusion Special Interest Group

If you are not a member, the Non-Member registration fee applies to you.

Symposium Dinner
Tickets will not be included in registrations for the 3SCTS Symposium 2021. Please purchase separately at the time of registration.

Registration Confirmation

An automatic registration confirmation email will be generated upon the completion of all successful online registrations. Please check all details and advise RACS Conferences & Events Management of any changes.
All changes must be made in writing to 3scts@surgeons.org

Cancellations

Cancellations must be notified in writing to 3scts@surgeons.org 
A cancellation fee of 20% of the appropriate registration fee will be charged. Please note there will be no refunds after Sunday 17 October 2021.

In the unfortunate event that the Symposium is cancelled due to COVID-19 or delegates are unable to travel due to imposed government border restrictions, delegates will be provided with a full refund.
